Before spending time in College and then 21 years and a day in the military, spending time all over… including Iraq, Pepe grew up in the heart of the district near 635 & Parallel. Pepe is a Kansas State Champion wrestler, and a graduate of Blessed Sacrament Grade School & Bishop Ward HS.
Pepe knows the value of being a strong leader… that also involves effectively working with a wide range of people from different perspectives & backgrounds. That's why Pepe is running for State Representative. We can do this!
